We ship within the United States and internationally, subject to applicable laws, carrier availability, and shipping restrictions in the destination country.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be delayed during periods of high demand or due to address verification.

Shipping Rates (United States)

Orders under $150 — flat rate shipping $10
Orders of $150 and above — free standard shipping

Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier availability.

All international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is 4–5 business days from the date the order is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding service, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items once the order has been delivered to the forwarding provider. All such shipments are at your own risk.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not ship to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders if you wish to ship to multiple locations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
