RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
IMPORTANT: Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity regulations, the majority of our products (cosmetics, skincare, haircare, body care, and personal care products) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see eligible items below.
Return Window & Eligible Items
Where applicable, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Only the following item types may be eligible for return:
- Non-cosmetic accessories or tools that are sealed and unused
- Items received in defective, damaged, or incorrect condition
- Items that have not been opened or used, in their original packaging with proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:
- All cosmetic, skincare, haircare, body care, and personal care products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@bbeautystore.com within your 14-day return window. Returns sent without prior written authorization may not be accepted.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or video of the item if defective, damaged, or incorrect
We review return requests within 2–3 business days and will email you with next steps if approved.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- We reserve the right to require the most economical available shipping method for approved returns.
- If a prepaid return label is provided by us, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are non-refundable.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the return address provided by us.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments in transit.
- Refused deliveries or returns sent without authorization may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at orders@bbeautystore.com
- Include your order number and photo or video evidence of the issue
- Insufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by financial institution)
- We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny refunds if the item shows signs of use, damage, missing packaging, or fails to meet return conditions
- Any applicable return shipping label costs may be deducted from the refund amount
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at orders@bbeautystore.com if you need to cancel.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or secure areas near your address
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reaching out to us if you need additional support
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, cancellations, or replacement requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of our policies.
